George Potts....

George Potts was born in the early 1950’s in the delta region of Long Island, NY to an itinerant insurance broker and his homemaker wife. After a brief childhood, he was thrust onto the national stage as the rhythm guitarist for the Chicago folk/funk band Redwood Landing in the early 1970’s.

A well-known serial harmonizer, George now lives in Northwestern Connecticut, where he spends his time adding 3rd's and flatted 9th's to local musical groups including the joint chiefs (www.jointchiefsmusic.com). He is available internationally for stadium concerts & birthday parties, and is reachable at gpotts@snet.net
